Three Months to Go!

As hard as it is for us to believe, we have approximately three months left in Denmark. Our year here is simply slipping by way too fast! :-(

We've been keeping busy the past few weeks with trips to Ribe, Kolding, Randers, having friends over at least four times, and no month would be complete without a trip to the hospital. (Max got a cut on his head from doing something he wasn't supposed to, and we had to take him in to get checked; fortunately, he didn't need stiches and he's doing just fine!)

This week has been a bit odd, since practically the entire country shuts down for Easter. Our kids' pre-school is closed for all of this week (a fact that didn't set in for us until last Friday at 4 PM when we picked them up and the teachers said to us 'See you in 10 days!!!') and all the shops were closed today and tomorrow in observance of Holy Thursday and Good Friday! Shops are also closed on the day after Easter. Fortunately, shops are open on Saturday, so we can stock up on the basics after doing a big shop on Wednesday.
