Denmark Today

Today, Leysia and I begin our Danish language/culture class at the University of Aarhus. Its a three week class designed to help students coming to the University of Aarhus to study for the first time (fortunately they also let professors sign up!). The course is split into morning and afternoon sessions with Danish language instruction in the mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM and then a "social" class in the afternoons designed to introduce students to Danish culture, Danish politics, the University, and more.

Leysia and I are looking forward to the langauge class, where we hope to learn the pronunciation of words like ansøgningsskema, Pladsanvisningen, på, and Drivhuset!
